By accessing or using the services provided by Suman Bagchi Financial Consultant ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and services.
We provide financial advisory services including assistance with share trading account opening (Demat), mutual fund investments, life and health insurance, and income tax filing. We act as an authorized distributor/agent for our partner institutions. We do not provide guaranteed returns or promise specific investment outcomes.
All investment products including mutual funds and equity investments are subject to market risks. Insurance products are subject to terms and conditions of the respective insurers. We provide advice based on your disclosed financial situation, but the final investment decision is always yours. Returns from past investments do not guarantee future performance.
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate and complete financial information; making their own informed investment decisions; reading all offer documents before investing; keeping their account credentials confidential; notifying us promptly of any changes in financial circumstances or goals; and maintaining compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
Suman Bagchi Financial Consultant operates in compliance with applicable SEBI regulations for investment advisors, IRDAI regulations for insurance distribution, and Income Tax Act provisions. We are authorized partners of Religare Broking, and are registered distributors of mutual funds through AMFI. All activities comply with Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Certain services are provided free of charge (e.g., Demat account opening, mutual fund investments through direct or regular plans). For income tax filing and financial planning services, applicable fees will be communicated clearly before service commencement. We may earn commissions from our partner institutions as permitted by regulatory guidelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suman Bagchi Financial Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any investment losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that specific service.
Either party may terminate the advisory relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, all ongoing investments will continue to be held in your name and all account access will be transferred directly to you. We will assist in the transition of all accounts and holdings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. We encourage amicable resolution of any disputes before approaching legal forums.
